§ 62-23. Same—Loading zones.

The chief of police, subject to prior approval by the city council, is hereby authorized to mark off loading zones in parking zones, said loading zones to be designated by lines painted or durably marked on the curbing or surface of the street. Each space so marked shall be used for the purpose of loading and unloading.
