§ 62-25. Penalties for violation.

Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this article, or who shall counsel, aid or abet any such violation or failure to comply, shall be deemed guilty of an offense and shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed $50.00 or by imprisonment for not to exceed 30 days, either or both penalties to be imposed at the discretion of the court trying the case.
