§ 70-1. Ordinances saved from repeal.

Latest version.

Nothing in this Code or the ordinance adopting this code shall affect any of the following:
(1)

Any zoning ordinance of the city (see chapter 17 of the city's prior Code);

(2)

Ord. No. 513, adopted July 25, 2006 (site plans);

(3)

Chapter 10 of the prior Code of the city (mobile home and travel trailer parks); or

(4)

Ord. No. 510, adopted November 22, 2005 (mobile home and travel trailer parks).
